  1. I bought a dozen of these when they first came out. Maybe it's me, but absolutely no gain in distance.

  2. Most golfers would benefit playing a softer two or three piece ball anyway. Most golfers should never play the prov1x. The newer one is even harder for the pros that have faster swing speeds. I don't even like the x anymore now that they are harder and I have above average speed. I'm not fast enough to play the x. Always get fit even for your ball.

  3. Interesting. I wonder what is illegal about the ball. Is there a minimum compression level that a golf ball can have?

  4. Not sure what makes this ball non conforming especially since weight and diameter are in the legal ranges? Would also like to see you test it at your normal speed too 🏌🏻‍♂️

  5. MG golf's Tour C4 ball was excellent. Played as good as the Pro V1. Not sure if they still make it.

  6. 'Im 76, GHIN 14. I played the MG Senior a lot last summer and gave them to many men and women of equal or better skill.. ALL players gained a minimum 0f 15-20 yards. Of course when attempting to qualify for the US Open, I switched to a USGA approved ball. "You're welcome". =. ) B. Watson.
PS: Canadian glaciers move faster than my swing.

  7. The extra thickness on one side will make a difference when putting as if you put it in a bowl of water you will see it will be out of balance for putting by flouting to one side all the time if you mark the top of golf ball

  8. There used to be a ball called "Condor" that was 20 yards further off the driver, it was crazy long
