  1. I graduated from MVHS in 2012. Rickie is an absolute legend! I live in Texas now, but this sure brought back some nostalgia. Great vid!

  2. Great video, love this new concept! Helluva a round! That was impressive!! So far I’ve tried 3 times to break par from the forward tees at my club, 1 over is my best, it is definitely not easy! I will be channeling my inner Ricky next time I try.

  3. Six under. Sheesh. Nice round, Matt. I always play the "man" tees but this series has me ready to move up to try some new things out. Thanks for the confidence booster, Matt.

  4. I've recently played from the forward tees on the local course that I've played quite often…it really isn't always easier. Trouble that previously wasn't reachable by me with my driver is now in play, so it forces me to hit a long iron (weakness for me) or to really go for it and try to carry it. You also touched on the fact that you don't always want to get too close to the green, leaving a tricky little pitch shot, when it's better to lay back a bit so you have a full wedge in. Course management is so important.

  5. Good round, especially considering you left a few stokes out there. Play that track 99 more times and I bet there would be several 62s and maybe a Ricky Record breaking round. A next level development idea is play from the short tees and every time you hit a green in regulation or under, pull the ball back in line from the pin to off the green. With a tour level short game you should stile able to shot par.

  6. Alright alright alright. Great round! Apparently you need the feel of the chase rather than the feel of just going out and seeing what happens.

  7. "I think I might be able to compete against some of the Tour pros if I play the forward tees against them, live." MAKE IT HAPPEN.

  8. how come your clothing has 7D on it and on the website they don't feature that…. I want that 7D also
