The Broncos ownership has paid a boat-load of money to coach Payton to rebuild and coach this team…Thus…it is an extremely low probability that he won't be back for the 2024 football season…However…If the Broncos show no signs of improvement in 2024 and they are in total team flux…then I can see the Walmart family making a change…

Vance Joesph is the problem he cannot stop run. WTF was that. They ran the ball all day. Hackett was not a good H.C. when dont have recivers either hurts the team too. We cant let Payton go this season, got go rock bottom. That whole point. Denvef had no picks last two seasons. That hurts a Francise a lot. We look way better than last season. Why would anyone be surprised that hackett had beef with wilson. Wilson came in as a diva thinking he could play like brady… hackett tried to cater to that and became the fall guy for wilson's failures.
Wilson's improvements are going to partially be because he got reality checked and lost a lot of pull so he couldn't run around insisting on cooking anymore. He's more coachable because he failed so badly last year.
I dunno how you can watch the jets game and think wilson wasn't a problem though. He himself is responsible for giving the jets D 9 points.

The Broncos are not going to get rid of Sean Payton after just one year. Sean is not going to walk away after 1 year. He needs at least 3 years to turn things around. It is not realistic to think that he would do it in his first year. He has definitely turned the offense around. He needs to fix the defense. They were last in their division the last 3 years and they are last now. There is a lot of football left.
