  1. Dr Kwon, it was an honor and a pleasure to meet you! I love your teachings of the natural movements of the golf swing. I have struggled to stop my slight "over the top" move from the top and now have a much better understanding of what causes it and how to eliminate it. I fell into the trap of trying to get myself into "positions" instead of using natural rhythm and movements. I feel confident now that I can practice this until muscle memory takes over and I don't have to think about it. Thank you for your knowledge and expertise. If you ever want to stay in one of my 7 Oster Golf Houses vacation rentals on the RTJ Golf Trail, please don't hesitate to call!

  2. Use the word "forceful" instead of "active" when referring to the backswing. 👍

  3. Dr. Kwon what do you think of the thought of the arms dropping straight down (like a yo yo motion) from the top of the BS to start the DS? The AMG guys came out with a video about this

  4. Dr. Kwon should the lead leg still have some flex at impact or should the leg already be straightened?

  5. Dr. Kwon, do you have the sensation that the clubhead drops behind your back in transition and stays there until the body rotation brings it into the proper position for delivery (firing of wrists)? As you mention, you don't want arms or elbow to stay behind in a stuck position, but I'm curious if you agree that leaving clubhead behind for a long time is ideal for greater momentum/ speed. Thanks so much for sharing all your knowledge!

  6. In working with people I'm finding @1:22 is the stumbling point for many. Stage 3 is good, then when they take a regular swing they revert back to turning. What helped me and I'm having some success with students is to have them keep there right heel off the ground in the initial shift to the right so they can have a more active/forceful push with the right leg. I arrived at this by observing your demonstrations in reprogramming, thoughts?
