  8. I'm not natural either, I was born with growth hormone deficiency so I took HGH as a kid. As a young adult I got PRK to make my eyes un natural. My body also doesn't process insulin well, so I am unnaturally helping it with metformin. The entire point of science is to change nature. You want natural, go live in a fing cave, hunt and gather your own food, and stop using electricity and drugs.

  11. doing back and chest is pretty normal, people do that kind of workout to have more time to focus on chest and back (rather on push pull legs) that in push you need to worry about your triceps and shoulders, because you need to do these exsercises that focus shoulders and triceps, but chest workouts works on triceps and shoulders, same with back biceps and forarms
