Great instruction Christina! I've been using a hip focused swing thought lately that does a fairly good job of getting the hips moving, but your method achieves the same thing, with all of the benefits that you describe. I found that the timing of this butt motion was a lot easier when I started using The word…BUTTER…as a trigger for first the backswing and then the downswing. This swing mantra makes the whole swing more fluid and gives the feeling of having more time to make a complete swing back and through.
When I can remember to do her ''Butt Move'' my swing is so much more powerful and effortlessly. Now I have to work on remembering LOL. Christina always provides some of the most important and key concepts in the golf swing!
