People gotta be less freaked out about rounding their back! If it hurts your lower back to stay in neutral or have some flexion you just have to back off on the weight and train dead’s and bent rows more.
nah bro its still placing unnecessary load on ur low back. trust ive had less rounding than you and it still hurt a lot and i have like 4 second long eccentrics, i prob stunted my growth from that and now im never gonna be above 5'7. also bro that party was insane i cant wait to go to the next one but its in a more dangerous area so hopefully i dont get eaten. for leg pressing deeper just improve your ankle mobility on the side and you'll be able to go lower without rounding your low back.
Well thats all fine and dandy i despise people who use the leg press i love it when a stick walks in and steals all 20kg plates to load up 230kg or so and then does 5cm of Rom and rests half an hour per set
All these so call gym goers lifting weights but so afraid of rounding the lower back a little, how does that make you stronger if you don't go outside the comfort zone
