Cracking match, but cant ignore the antics of the crowd. Likely one of the biggest reasons pool as a spectacle will never take off. You can take the men from the pub…but not the pub from the men. Arseholes

At least now there is some context behind why Ali's fans threw the bottle, They felt Storry's fans put Ali off on his last yellow. Shout all you want, but throwing a bottle is crazy!

Unfortunately thats the filth and scum thats on the pool scene. Seen a game in Ireland lately and some of vile comments were disgusting. It's a scene full of mouthy arseholes. Back to the match both Ali and Storry were superb such a pity it ended the way it did.
Digraceful finish to a great match, obv most people had seen the ending well before the full match was released, guess that is the problem with money matches. IMHO balls should have been reset and easy black potted.
The ref warns the fans at the start to behave but they didn't listen.

the crowd are a joke, just fucking grow up. yeah theres tonnes of money on it, but so cheap winning your backing by putting someone off 🙄 just sends pool backwards.
Its awesome that the pots are this big now but crowd always ruin it
great match and some very insightful discussions on the break. shame about the end, but im some ways it has made this match all the more memorable.

Gonna need real security for the big matches with partisan fans, such a shame, it was a very exciting match, but definately not one for parents to encourage their kids to go down the local pool club, if you can't do the time, keep your dough in your pocket and gamble elsewhere, God knows how many matches you have lost for your player, who would fancy that reception if you are about to win, great match ruined by brain dead thuggery.

I've had some situations in pool and one or two "words" but the behaviour of the crod towards the end of this match was absolutely disgusting.

Disappointing ending after such a close match. I suppose that's the risks of a crowd all with their money on. If the pot had reached 200k then George Clooney and Brad Pitt would have put together a crew and robbed the place.
