  1. I understand the concept behond one length, but I just cannot accept that it should continue into wedges! As you said, it is all about FEEL and you want to be closer to the ball… I also hit a number of wedge shots very upright…not with one length!

I also struggle with the concept nuch beyond 5 iron… you just need the extra length to generate enough club head speed (unless you have your speed obviously 🙄).

If I went one length I would restrict it to 8 iron – 6 iron 😅 it's about all I could manage!

  2. Play OL’s 3h and 4-60°. Encountered many/all of the issues you’ve discussed but after 18 months chopping and changing between models, lengths, lie angles, lofts, I’m finally happy with it. Why would you make golf harder for yourself by using different length clubs 😅

  3. More exposure to one length is always great. You might for fun check out my last vis of the "Dutch championship one length". 🤘🏻😎🤘🏻

  4. I play Cobra one lengths and I hit my 56° out of the bunker phenomenal better than I’ve ever hit any other wedge out of the bunker

  5. Great video guys. My friend plays them and says exactly the same. Works for some clubs not for others. As for wedges. No Way.

  6. did you ever go in and get your one lengths custom fit to fix your yardage gapping issues from your video 9 months ago? if not, you should and it would make for great content for a new video! and i’m very curious about it too

  7. The key for succesfully using one length clubs for golfers with average swing speeds is to start swapping out the longer hybrids for irons. I'd say most normal golfers could skip the 4i and 5i and use the 4h and 5h instead. Tom Wishon builds what many consider to be the best single length set of clubs available and he is very outspoken about this. I do agree about the wedges though. My one length setup is 4h,5h,6-PW and then regular wedges after that. Curious about adding a 3H in there too.

  8. They absolutely work, no offense but.. you were hitting wedges like rubbish…choppy, stiff, uncaring. I use 61-4H in one length (5 and 4 are a little more difficult to learn, I stop at 5i (bent to 20deg) for ease of speed with longer clubs past my 5i 220y carry). Also, all the lie angles are supposed to be bent the same (according to Mike Schy – who I talked to, maybe you should schedule a call lesson with him and understand the actual theory behind it all) for me was 65 degrees, Bryson is 70. May help your contact and control. I went from hacker to 13 handicap in less than a year. I also swing one length and I'm athletic but come on, your guest proved them to be fantastic! It does take getting used to but how long would you give it when switching from something you’ve been trying at for years is where the patience seems to be lopsided. Also, you are tall so perhaps your one length irons should have been even longer than a 7. I’m 5’11” and I play 37.75” in everything based on recommendations by Graves Golf, the Moe Norman swing experts. Also, you should not compare one aspect of golf to Bryson’s success, and not the other. He is mostly a single plane player (but not like moe norman), and he uses one length wedges and irons. While the two plane swinger can use one lengths, you can’t expect results to compare with Bryson in any way. Single length irons are about consistent striking and a single set up and can be two-plane swings but its just mastering any other golfers swing or your own creation for whatever length. Lie adjustments take care of distance and you can fiddle with ball placement for height (forward for higher, and back for lower flights)

  9. I've got a 60 and 56 love them get them to stop fast, I am the same though on my sim gw to 7 iron bang on 6 to 5 iron dog shit can't get no more then 165 with the 5 iron because of the spin. I tried my mate ping i500 6 today ibwas getting averages of 165 but a pure was 180 carry not sure what do do as I love the one lengh

  10. I think if you get it all cut to the 7i fit to your wrist to floor measurement you might be surprised at how easy it actually is to use the wedges since the 7i length isn't actually that long when fitted to you
