  1. Call me crazy but I look at driver as the only club in the bag in which you want to present as much loft as you can at impact. Not lead the handle and deloft. For most people, the feel of leading with the hands with driver is a great way to cause a fore right situation for a right handed golfer.

  2. Extremely thought provoking. This really made me think. First, I wondered what the hell the video was about. Are we proud of your buddy for starting golf after 20 years? Are we proud of his 18-hcp, or is that sub-par (boom). Are we supposed to relate that 85mph club head speed to a 9-iron or a driver? Could be good, could be bad.

    Are we supposed to wonder what role shaft lean plays in your little chat. Why would you title a video with a phrase like “shaft lean,” then open with a story about your friends starting a USGA tourney.

    You have, indeed, made me think.

  3. This is the guy you end up next to at the range who never shuts up the entire time despite not actually ever saying anything.
