People can’t respect other peoples decisions anymore. Just because you wouldn’t do it doesn’t mean it’s not legal or fair play. Go cry about it to your mother because you’re soft snow flakes and we don’t care. It’s not like prime ended their football career he just told them they have to play somewhere else. Not to mention, prime is, has seen, and played with or against the best of the best. If he doesn’t see something in you than you’re gone. Nobody gets mad when other coaches do it, only prime. Go get yourself a head coaching position and run your program different if you don’t like it… oh wait, you’re not even capable
I would've LOVED if my kid would've had a coach like Coach Prime all through his sports from little league and youth football on. He had 2 coaches that were like this in 10 years. And he thrived under them. Unfortunately the others weren't like that.

I was fortunate to play baseball in college and played for a few different coaches. From my experience and I’m almost positive my teammates would agree with me when I say this, these coaches really do lie to you. Especially when you have offers from multiple teams within that same conference. They’d rather you sit on their bench than you play against them. This level of honesty and transparency is just something you almost never get in college sports and even though it sucks for that kid in the moment, he’s getting a chance to look at other options in which he may be able to find a better program that allows him to be on the field instead of the bench. That’s the main goal as an athlete goal, and Deon gave him a new opportunity. That’s more than rare in college sports!

Name one person that is going to answer it another way, but I feel Prime made the decision on who he was going to play before he even evaluated everyone's talent, and telling the players already there to transfer before he even got to see how good they are, is wrong. Just because the team won 1 game, doesn't mean that some of the players, aren't any good, and maybe the needed a coach to motivate them, or just was to used to losing that it effected there own talent, but just to say hey I'm bringing my players, and since you only won 1 game last year, most of you players aren't good enough to play on my team, isn't right, and he made his choice before even getting to actually see, if the players before had to talent that wasn't seen, because of the losing culture before he came, just because he's honest, and is a good cheerleader, doesn't make how he treated the players before he came, right. That's my opinion, and doesn't make me right or wrong, but I think he may have lost some good talent before he even got to see what all the players before he came, could have contributed to his team, and you can have all the confidence in the world, but once you face real talent, like Oregon, that shows how good you actually are, and Prime definitely got exposed for not being as good as he tells the world. What if everyone came down on him for losing like he did, like he did the players before he showed up? You see how the Colorado players was talking to the other teams before the game? Like they was in the hood, cussing, and not acting like they are trying to represent there team in a good way, why hasn't Prime Mentioned that at all after the game, and everyone is coming down on the Oregon coach for his pre game speech, lol. Like he was wrong for hyping up his team, but it's ok For Coach Prime to do it, but if anyone that isn't black does it, then there wrong, This has become to much about race and not talent, if you listen to other people that has a problem with Oregon coach pre game speech, they always bring up race, because he said this isn't hollywood,coach Prime beat 3 below average teams, and got stomped into a mud hole by a good team, so idk, what to think, I love his confidence but don't like how he makes every speech about everyone not going with his mind set, not everyone has to be so brash, to be confident, some players just let there play do the talking, and not there mouth, im sure, there are other players just as confident and don't have to say it to the world, because in the end, it's the play on the field that matters, not what you say when you have a mike in your hand

Anyone that rejects a person without knowing the reality of their situation and history is a jerk. It's called prejudice. Most cases fall in between these two extremes but Sanders said this very, very early on.
