spine buckling noob here… STRENGTHEN THAT CORE. i have already been doing this therapy exercise for about 2 weeks and just getting the muscle memory down has helped me more than just in the gym. this exercise literally saved me. even though i am still tender in that spot, i am able to start getting the core strong enough where i cant even feel it. takes a lot of effort though unless im literally laying down. we can do it!!
This happened to me more than once. Made me unable to walk for weeks. Solved the problem by focusing on leg strength for half a year and changing my shoes to flat sole when doing lower back exercises (i was wearing running shoes before).
I first had this happen doing seated rows in 2017.
Ever since then, my back will go out if I bend at just the right angle. It's happened from just picking up trash or bending over to spit into the sink after brushing teeth. I've had to go to Urgent Care and get steroid shots and/or muscle relaxers to deal with the pain. I'll need to try this exercise.
Kind of weird how she feels compelled to wear a hijabi in order to be modest while wearing tight leggins that expose her legs and butt. I don't wear a hijabi, but I feel uncomfortable with wearing tight leggings outside my home.
The thing these videos are making me realize is that I must have WAAAY more core strength than I think I do. I'm still going to try all of these exercises because that is terrifying.
I got this when doing bent over row too, usually doing it with pad, but i want to try something new. and my dumb self pick 3 10kg weight thinking it was 5kg. and im still trying what to do to recover from this
All these people are hurting their backs from things like this and then there’s 5 year old me over here falling off the arm of my chair hurting my back really badly coming to find out at the doctor now that I’m 12 almost 13 I’ve had arthritis and a slipped disk from that day for 8 long years I took physical therapy and it still hurts👍

She looks so cute in her hijab getting her work out on, hopefully she's okay.

Can you please do a video on skipping rib syndrome!! I’m 17 and have had it for almost a year on and off for months at a time
Impossible to get injured with that little weight. I's just the bar for god's sake. I don't believe this.
So ypu teach people doming instead of using abs? That doesn't "stabilize"the spine

Even cable rowings can cause this if not done right wearing a belt since 3days
Ban Hijab on public gym.

Now I fully understand why bracing your core is so important…
So basically, I gotta flash ass. Got it
I know this feeling too well 😏
