In this channel I am sharing 3D and 360 video footage of real life๐ as we know/knew it at the time of filming. The footage has been filmed๐ฅ using a 3D or stereo camera or 360 camera, sometimes referred to as stereoscopy. When viewed using either anaglyph glasses ๐ฆ๐๐ฅ or a VR headset ๐ฅฝ it feels like you are actually there. I find the best results are a VR headset like an Oculus or Meta Quest. Vive also make good headsets.
Stereoscopy is the word to describe when photos and videos are captured using two cameras which are left & right eye distance apart. The resulting images produce the equivalent effect of the human eye with a left and right image. When viewed using anaglyph glasses or a VR headset your brain sees the image in the same way as if you seeing it in real life, thus it feels like you are there.
