My disc bulge actually did happen overnight. I went to sleep having never felt any symptoms. Woke up barely able to walk. I'm sure the damage was building up internally and finally burst somehow in my sleep, but i'll never know for sure, sometimes i wonder if i was abducted by aliens lol.
The chair thing could also just be painful cause of a tweaked low back. I feel like most back pain whether or not its caused by a disc bulge would hurt if you did that
Can you please do a video with the other way sitting straight up and it hurts. Idk what could cause this tightness only on my left side just to the left of my spine in my mid low-back
Info's good but the title in click bait. Once a disk bulges there's no fixing it, rather avoiding to make it worse, which unfortunately most times means no more squats
What if having to press the clutch gives you lower back oain and causes numbness in the leg after a while and it takes a couple of hours for the pain and numbness to go away?
I've been dealing with this for 2 years. I tried the pull technique and rounding my back but it doesn't trigger pain. However, I still suffer from the sciatic pain when I walk, go up stairs, run, sitting for extended periods, even just adjusting my posture to a straighter position will agitate the pain. In the beginning it was very bad that I couldn't bend over and needed assistance and whatnot. However I'm at this weird point where it's not as bad as before, I can do stuff, but the pain is always still there.
My mri shows disc bulges but I don't get pain when doing that test (I have back mechanic and did all of the tests in the book). That means it's not an active disc bulge? I do have pain though, just not in any of the tests and I ranges from no pain (I usually start my days pain free) to pain back to no pain unless I do something that hurts my back like pilates.

Just do an MRI to see if and how impacted is your disc.
Also sometimes it does happen in one moment from trauma.
How about uneven back
Please may I ask what is likely to be the problem if the pain is the other way around?
Thanks

This Dr. McGill must be some kind of god or messiah.
More gold! Thank you

There is no way that cavemen were like oeh I gotta properly bend my back to lift this giant rock. Yet they did it
Thankfully Im tall so I always gotta bend my knees 😂😂

this is a work around it… does it fix itself overtime?
All the shorts for this channel are like the same 3 videos made over and over again
So where does that leave us for sex…
You've made several videos like this before but you don't explain how hard you need to pull up
Your biomechanical theories are not supported by the scientific literature on spinal pathologies and backpain.
That foam roller trick is crazy intuitive
Its hurns when its straight

My lower back hurts more neutral
Can you please talk about cervical disc bulged

What to do if it is impossible to even bend forward because of the pain created?
You aint gotta tell me how to bend over doc,my uncle already taught me that

I hurt mine by jumping a fence that was like 7ft. tall. Worst pain ever! Going on two weeks & this past week pain shot into my right arm 😞

My pain happens when I sit up straight and pull up like you illustrated however you have no explanation
This just sounds like ways to move while having one. I didn't really see any mention of "how to fix a disc bulge"
That moment when you realise the only place you have a bulge is you spinal discs 😔
Thank you so much I think you're so right on hinge mechanics
Bro I can't even stay in the neutral position nor the second one. The second one is the worst
can it be caused due to a fall
Men always look for Magick advice and then the cows they bought aren’t making the sweetest juice or brandable line they go crazy don’t they?
Hello, 2 questions:
1) what if i dont feel worse doing that sitting test?
2) What kind of foam roller does it need to be?
What if there’s pain on both when neutral and when rounded back but the neutral back hurts a lot more. 5/10 vs 1/10 pain
6 years pain
I realized on my own pushing my hand into my thigh helps when I have to bend . Thanks for explaining the technique.
Dug out my patio and poured some concrete. That’s what f****d my back. 3 months later, still sciatic, but healing
If there is no pain from doing these tests how do you treat mid back pain?
