  1. Still think they look horrible with they’re huge lettering design and that big ol weight in them….don’t like em 👎🏼👎🏼

  2. It might be just me, but i see new clubs being launched never really get tempted. Some look good but I personally don’t think there are really bad clubs out there from the bigger manufacturers, and I just think am I too good for my Wilson’s? And no I’m not, despite lessons through the year my handicap has gone up not down.
If I get to 18 which I should be capable of, will I change? My thinking would be will my game go off as I gell with the new clubs?
I don’t really think clubs wear out unless your hitting 100’s of balls a day but I guess manufacturers wouldn’t last very long if we only changed irons every 15-20 years

  3. Been on the fence about buying the 0317 cb or the ping i230 for a while now currently game muzuno mp5s ….but recently my buddy gave me a really nice set of ping s55s to hit while I was deciding which way to go and be honest I am getting along very well with them ….love my mp5s but the slightest mis hit can really punish you but they also demand you put a good swing and strike …I tend to get lazy when a club offers to much help …so there is where i am with it….any suggestions

  4. I really believe you could have fit that cardboard box inside your golf bag as well. Plenty of room left .

  5. They are beautiful irons but will be sticking with my Nike irons. PXG will be the next set I get when I do though… Unless Nike comes back lol

  6. I’ve never played or seen PXG irons. Wouldn’t even know where to find some in my area

  7. I game PXG 0211's in the black finish and they're holding up really well. Way better than my black finish Vokey SM9's. And the Jet black Vokey's are not doing so hot at all.

  8. Love the black. I've just got the 0311p black hawk version ( only available in middle east) and they are stunning as well as performing

  9. For me, PXG is the gold standard for feel on a hollow bodied iron. I've got the Gen 3P irons and they perform great. Very consistent on distances and dispersion. I'm very likely to try the Gen 6 T next spring. The Gen 6 P has gotten a a bit too strong in loft and won't gap well with my woods. I've found the same thing that you have with regards to hollow body irons vs traditional forged irons in that the higher spin on traditional irons is affected more by the wind. The heart wants what the heart wants but you're game seems to look more consistent when you're playing hollow bodied irons like these. At least it seems that way with this video.

  10. Maybe PXG makes a putter that would perform like their irons do.
5 holes. 4 looks at birdie. Common element, besides the irons doing a spectacular job? Your putter (Ok, maybe its the guy making the putts, but you can't replace James can you?"
I'm one of those guys who would play a cub that looked like a garden hoe and sounds like a cow bell if it worked. Ugly is only skin deep, but bogeys are forever….

  11. only irons i would ditch my T100-S irons are the 301 Cb takomo.. i tried the PXG and still got some flyers .. i read somewhere that a couple tour pros left pxg because of flyers as well .. they look nice and i did buy the driver it was nice

  12. I have never tried PXG but I would assume next season when I go to replace my irons set I should take a swing with them.

  13. I game the gen 3 0311p. Very good irons. I think those irons are trying to speak to you.

  14. Currently play Mizuno irons, but have seriously been looking at going for a PXG fitting, the irons look unreal.

  15. Not to ignore the PXG’S but glad to hear you ordered the Vega’s. Looking forward to the unboxing video, also who/where did you order them from?

  16. You're a brave man, but I would never feel safe walking my baby on a course, maybe with some sort of push chair cover

  17. Play PXG 2011 Irons and went from P790 to these . Much better for me and more consistent on off centre shots and handicap has come down as a result 😊
