Thanks Padraig Brilliant chat👍, my son bought me speed sticks and a launch monitor at the start of lockdown, gained 10mph in 6 weeks still use them every day (mainly as warm up routine) and have maintained the extra speed, Dickey 9hcp 76year senior golfer
