  1. Finally think I pulled this off at the range. Hit some crazy accurate long iron shots with this, straight, draw fade. Followed by some bombed drivers. Felt the ribs spiralling up and around all the way through the finish. Hard to get everything working with the pause and the squat from your other videos. Takes a lot of mental relaxing which is the hardest part I find!!
Thanks for this series, I wish I lived close by for an in person!!

  2. so so simple, teachers who really understand what they are teaching, make it so simple to learn, fact……… pure pure content LOVE IT!

  3. You guys have explained this concept in a few different ways. For some reason this is the one that really made it click for me! Thanks for all the great content. Really everything you say perfectly fits together and I find myself just needing one of your swing thoughts out with me on the course to make it all work. Keep it up!!

  4. Thank you sharing, I realize even at 6 handicap how far behind the curve I am, totally inadequate as a good level am golfer.

  5. I feel like I can match all your movements perfectly with just a mop handle. And i can can just cut it loose easily. Smoothly. Freely. It's as soon as I pick up the club…. the weight totally throws me off and I struggle to match the movements. It tells me my body has the ability to move right but the forces caused by the club weight in space override my mechanics. Very interesting yet extremely frustrating. I don't know what to really do about it.

  6. Amazing as always. How do you balance the ribs being the engine with producing ground forces? Is the right way to think about that to consider what’s measured in force plates being a reaction to proper body movement? Or are the feet like NOS (brings me back to the original Fast and the Furious movie) that can turbocharge your rib engine? If so, how should we balance those “efforts”? Wish you all well – keep it up!

  7. Maybe the lead pelvic move Viktor Hovland does at transition could be added to your awesome figure 8 drill. It is shown in this AMG video (not sure the instruction is any good) but it shows Viktor doing both the rib cage move and a lead pelvic move simultaneously. Very cool to see Hovland doing your rib cage move from this angle!

  8. No one explains this better than you guys. The concept of using the engine to manage everything else has been awesome for me and, more importantly, so much fun as well. Really enjoying golf again. Thank you.

  9. Fantastic motion pattern. At the 10.30 min mark the Infinity loop is where it's at for me. Whenever you train thru a semi finish position and make your complete motion is where you can really sense where your going. The final 3 energy level drills are really good. At the end of the day it's all about energy. It's a transference of energy from all of us thru the center of mass on to the ball. Ribs Baby!

  10. Great content again…another way of making COM action useful and easy to implement. Wonderful stuff…the figure 8 drill is awesome. You guys should do a set up and posture drill…specifically posture. Love the concept of back chain dominance and dual flexion in the swing, but when I see Riley demonstrate the “bouncing” movements to keep hips back before dropping, it sure looks like the lumbar region is curved. You hear many respected instructors talk about neutral posture, keeping your rear more “tucked under”, eg, Milo. So this seems different from your approach. Maybe the distinction is the dropping motion of the pelvis in flexion to enable chest led rotation…anyway, your thoughts and views on how posture fits in your system would be greatly appreciated. Keep up the great work—you guys are the best!!🎉

  11. Love it, as usual! This episode, together with the Rythm one did a lot for me! Keep em coming! ❤ 💪

  12. You should combine this with that scap short you just put out. Cause i think this drill is using the scaps as much as his ribs am i wrong??

  13. Your lessons are terrific and helpful. How can you let the club go without pushing on the grip? Unfortunately I just don’t get it.

  14. Fades seem to be the hot thing at the top level of golf and to my stupid brain with increased spin rates and a more stable clubface it seems like something a lot of players could benefit from. Could do you a video on how you guys like to teach hitting a fade? I would love to move to a fade as my stock shot but unsure the best way to approach it will still trying to come from the inside and rotate properly.

  15. Great video—question—in order to "feel" and actually perform this motion of the ribs best, is one actively engaging/stabilizing the lower and maybe even the mid abdominal core in order to isolate this motion best? Thanks

  16. What resonates the most is the stability, the 'rib engine' controls / lowers the amount of potential variation of the arms and hands (which can move all over the place if you let them) – fantastic content, cheers !

  17. Another new nugget. Swinging the center of the club with your ribs makes it so much easier.

  18. Correct . The shoulders don't turn. It's in the ribcage , and pelvis . From the ground pressure from the feet.
