Everyone’s doing a what’s in the bag (WITB), so I thought I’d do a what’s not in the bag! I have a specific club in the shed that my golf ego won’t let me put in the bag!
Over the years, like everyone I’ve bought and used various different clubs, and as I’ve improved and fancied a change, I’ve moved on to different clubs. However, should I be using more hybrid golf clubs?
My favourite club I own is my Taylormade R7 Draw Rescue hybrid in a 28 degree loft. Not many people use a 6 hybrid golf club, but if I hit it more consistently than my 6 iron, why isn’t it in the bag?!
I’ve also got the same club with a stiff graphite shaft in a 3 hybrid, as well as a Titleist 915 hybrid, and a Benn Ross Compressor HTX 3 wood.
