Great video, Brendon. I'm always looking forward to your new content on golf instruction and analysis. I especially loved the stuff you do with Malaska and Milo.
It seems that every time you are at that golf center it is always cold. I don't think I've ever seen anyone in a short sleeve shirt and shorts at that place. Is it in Northern California or the Arctic Circle???
What was the temperature?!
How is the notion of "Tour averages" useful? It seems like these three forces would be more about matchups?
Very interesting video and data. I'm wondering, have you looked at acceleration/velocity curves through the golf swing? The Mevo+ shows me this data and I'd be really interested to see what type of curves fast swingers have. I've done all the tips from Kwon and others you've had on your videos and I simply can't ramp up my driver to >95ish MPH on a consistent basis regardless of effort level. I feel like there's got to be some key element that I'm missing because I see many fast swingers with a super low effort swing and I feel like the acceleration/velocity curves might hold that last bit of data . I'd love to get out to one of your workshops. Hopefully you'll come out east. It would be great to see you in the tri-state area (NJ/PA/NY). Tons of golfers out here…
Have you ever seen this used in a striking sport like tennis? Like how can you use the ground better in a moving sport that you still have to strike something. Be very interesting.
