The movement of the body starts low in the legs and moves up, martial arts is very similar. The stance at impact is balanced. And after the torso and shoulders reach their limit the arms fire it's a whipping action of the body. The grip has to be right and positions must be hit for accuracy. This swing is more forgiving. We just started a few weeks ago, are working for more consistent swings, having less back pain with more swing speed. You are a great instructor, great videos. God bless you all.

I tried this single plane swing off and on over the years and convinced it works for some, but not everybody.
