  2. So i did 10min emom for 15reps just now. Sweating bullets and super pump. I did it in 10min but not all 15reps were unbroken. You digg!

  3. I could tell by his 2nd set that he wasn't even going to make 100 within 5 mins. 20 reps is too much for him at this time. He needs to work on 10's, then 15's, then 20's and build from there. Good money still! 💪🏽 Strong mind, Strong body.
