Tf do I care about a 3 star lol? With how we run it, we should be getting 5 stars.
Interesting that he would be a "top target" for us, I'm not saying hes not gonna be potentially good but he shouldn't be a top target, I'd expect us to get higher ranked RB recruits first before going for 3 stars and such.
