Our shoulders tend to carry a lot of tension. Because of their proximity to our neck they play a critical role in the health of our cervical spine.

By bringing awareness to how we move our arms and hands, we can prevent pain and injuries in and around the shoulders and neck areas.

Common shoulder injuries are torn or strained rotator cuff and nerve impingement. Improper shoulder alignment can also contribute to a hunched posture.

In today’s video, I talk about should alignment and how to stabilize the shoulder girdle to avoid unnecessary strain and pain.

I demonstrate how the arm lines connect into our ribcage and hence become an extension of our torso.

These are simple concepts that I share, but very powerful and effective if implemented.

Listen to learn more. I hope it brings you less tension and more mobility so you can feel better!

Much love
