Here in the UK we have 3 club competitions in winter, you do 18 holes with just 3 clubs in the bag, my home course we include the putter as one of the 3 clubs!

Hi, The last hole you should have played a 9 iron or a wedge to give you the height to punch it straight at the hole. The ball would have stopped quick if you used these clubs. Just saying. I think you're a good golfer.

At my home course we sometimes have a three-club tournament. And that’s the same clubs we use for 18 holes.

3 clubs….for the whole course next time please. Well more challenging as you have to make decisions for a whole course. Sure a driver is nice on the 5s and long 4s but do you really want that vs a 3 wood, 8 iron and putter or some combo. Personally I would be going 3 iron 8 iron putter for a whole course.
