  2. Like to see young people working out and staying fit. After years of working out, I’ve discovered kettle bells that can be used with almost every type of motion as well, such as various types of kettle bell swings, not just the standard swing.

  3. Keep those knees behind the toes until you don’t have any wobble anymore. Then you’re good because your ligaments can stabilize.

  4. On the squat press, start with palms facing you, but as you press upwards, rotate palms facing forward. Very good for shoulders. It's called the "Arnold press." Much better than a standard shoulder press imo
