REKAP ⚾️ White Sox 14-1 Loss to the Rockies – The Sox get demolished and fall to 26 games under .500

The White Sox actually took an early 1-0 lead in the first inning. But they only ended up getting 4 hits in the entire game. And this was against one of the worst teams in baseball, the Rockies. The Rockies had lost 7 of their last 8, and 15 of their last 21 games. Peter Lambert, Jimmy Lambert’s brother, hadn’t pitched 7 innings in 4 years. But he went 7 innings and only gave up 4 hits.

The Sox are now 26 games under .500. You never would have believed that at the start of the year. It’s unbelievable how far they’ve fallen. And you don’t hear any sort of plan from the organization. You don’t hear from Kenny Williams, who wanted to tell everyone last year that he was still in charge. But now you hear nothing from him.

And what has happened to Michael Kopech? Remember when the Sox first acquired him and he was throwing 100+ and was supposed to be an ace for the team for the next decade?
