Hi teacherman, I have a question. This movement doesn't look powerful because it limits my torsion of the hands and hurts a little bit. Am I doing it wrong ?
Can you make a vid showing how you align your hands? I was always taught to pretend like you were wearing rings on all 8 fingers and to line them up. Is this off?
Look closely and when he does it, it is into his wrist but he still angles it slightly. If you put it in a straight line its more uncomfortable, also the bat moves slightly out of the palm on the lead hand and into the fingers. I believe this can aid in lasering the ball with the knob while keeping your arm where it needs to be during snap & tilt. Seems helpful enough. I'll be trying it.

What the stick called and where can I buy one?
Another great tip brother. The Orlando Lugnuts say hey!
What's one on one training cost with you….
That stick amazingly makes the exact same sound every time.

This motion looks like what Pete rose did when talking to arod and the big hurt that time on the baseball show
Could you do a video on batting in cricket?

Don’t take it too literal, it is just to build muscle memory to get the barrel through the zone and bringing your power and “snap” with it
