Given Dave’s tendency for a draw, which could be accentuated by the hybrid, how about using a 7 wood instead? Just a thought. Good review as usual. Gets one thinking about your own bag and ability.
Another great video ! I’d love to see a Friday Vito video on hitting hybrids. I know I struggle with them
personally not a fan of Hybrids. I use either Long Iron or Fairway Wood.. Under 180 Yards doing Iron over 180 Yards doing 5 Wood. Also that first Strike was similar to my flight of ball with irons. Slight fade to the Right..
I am a hybrid long iron guy for sure! I hit a Cleveland 16 degree 2 hybrid off the tee and have three others in my bag to go with my PXG 0211 XCOR2 irons! Thanks guys!
Not a cheap option but an adjustable 9 wood lofted up could be an interesting alternative to a 6 hybrid. Lots of height.

The maverick hybrids can be picked up second hand for around £95 if he wants matching one to what he has , 5 and 6 currently for sale on a popular auction site . No there not mine
I swapped out my Mizuno JPX 900 4i and 5i for hybrids and it has been the best move I've made in years.
Chris I got rid of my 6,5,4 irons and went with hybrids. Makes my golf much more enjoyable.

I've actually switched to all hybrids. 5 down to PW. I'm very happy with them, and my miss-hits end up getting more distance than with my irons. I do a lot of bump-runs off the green and hybrids are great for that! Good video.
