I think part of the reason Managers make more sense in other sports is you're dealing with the organization as well as all the teams and there is a lot more trading and all that bullshit between the teams. In MMA there is just a few organizations and most all the fighters just know they want to be in the UFC because that's where all the best fighters are. So you're literally just dealing with a couple guys like Suga said just hit them up and set up a meeting.
