  4. People judging my legs or any body part for that matter now is starting to become annoying because I work my ass off every day in the gym, definitely squat more and bench more than some people, it’s just very hard for me to put on size, very hard

  6. I have the same problem. Extreme pain in the front of my hips when I squat. It helps to do like a half rep but Im not sure what to do about it. Ive given it weeks of rest multiple times

  7. the way my hips are in their joints i have 0 depth, and if i go one centimeter out of position i get back pain

  8. Dude If you want tô really grow your leg you need tô stop lifting that heavy to show UP. Lower the w. And do Full ROM. I was like you 2 years Ago,. Too atached to my PRs.
