    I admire from a distance. Would never engage in a selfie frenzy or invade somebody's private space if I spot a famous person having dinner in a restaurant. I tend to not do to others what I dont like being done to me. 🤷🏻‍♂️

    However, there are certainly people who thrive under such attention and when they dont get it, they may feel like something is not right… but who's to say who or when that's the case?

    We dont have many DH riders in germany because being a social media influencer just makes more money. Germans are only driven by profit, not by prestige, not by respect, its only about the money.

    Definitely a click bait title lol I’ve never met Sam but he’s so knowledgeable, great rider and a great spokesperson for mountain biking or anything really. Apparently it is pretty hard to be famous. Sam just need to find some good land outside a nice spot so he’s got some privacy

    What’s really good about Sam Pilgrim is how he copies like for like Scotty Cramners original content, pretends it’s his own and never acknowledges that they’re not his ideas.
    In other words he’s a prick.

    Pilgs came to Tokyo a few years back, I live in Tokyo, I took the day off work trying to find him…. would have been a dream to sesh with that dude here in Tokyo….. cheers dudes, love cracking a beer and watching you guys on the weekend 🤟✨

    Me and my son love watching Pilgs, he is without doubt a living legend in the MTB community. However, we have been to a few "events" recently and met many of our idols, Ollie included 😉. Everyone has been patient, gracious and friendly, and it's been greatly appreciated. Unfortunately Sam was the only fella that left my boy a little disappointed. (probably my fault, I always encourage him to "politely" say Hi and chance a selfie).
    BUT I totally get it, its obvious how hard it is for you guys and especially for someone as popular as Sam Pilgrim. Fortunately my boy reslises that and was fairly pragmatic about the interaction and understood. We still love Pilgs ❤
    Btw, my "boy" (Jacob) is 6'2"? 😂

    I met Sam Pilgrim a while back and he's a really friendly guy, pretty much the same as he is in his videos. He's a great inspiration for anyone who loves mountain biking, talented and full of positivity
