By the leagues own standards, this should be a 64 game suspension. This is Marchand’s 6th slewfoot, with the punishments supposedly going from 2-4-8-16-32-64 games for each successive dangerous act. Better yet, tie Marchand to a goal and let his victims beat him senseless into retirement. Between Marchand and cry-baby Crosby, the league needs to rein this in… Crosby has put 2 players on the disabled list and he gets away with it.
