  1. brouski reminding his misses about his "resume" lol see baby even lebanese girls wanted me. you can act up if you want but i got options 😂😂

  2. If you see yourself as a victim you’ll always be able to find a “disparity” to fit your narrative…

  3. Until the players demand change the owners have zero incentive to make change. Until we got off the bus and pocket books got hurt folks stay status quo.

  4. All black people know how to do is bitch and complain and play the victim……..

  5. “Her dad ended up letting me date her when he found out I was lighter than her”

    😆😆😆😆 Brou the GOAT

  6. I think they just need to do something different than the Rooney rule. There has to be a better way to go about it. Because it gets violated all the time in different ways, and it's crazy to require an interviewing of minority coach if you have someone you already want. Now, if you are having open interviews and you are not targeting anyone, then give everyone a fair shot to make their case, but even that is flawed, so I'm not sure what the right answer is. I know I wouldn't want to go to an interview for a job if I know they are after someone specifically. It would be awkward for me and the team interviewing me. I mean, the rule is just weird. I love Todd Bowles, but his direct hiring violated the Rooney rule. Upgrade it, fix it, or something.

  7. As a black man the Affirmative action was way outdated…yes it was needed to give blacks a fair chance 50 years ago…but time has changed…this what's with the black community we keep using excuses and expect for the white man to take care of us instead of detaching ourselves from slavery mentality.

  8. When “black” men start subscribing to the social construct that AUTOMATICALLY puts them on the bottom of the of the hierarchy then an energetic change can begin but until then the complaining and giving away of their power won’t stop

  9. It continues because we participate in the BS. We need our own leagues again they’re not going to do any better

  10. Callers like him who say “it’s my first time” and “I’m a little nervous” are always the ppl who are problematic or just do not get the point lol I can call it every single time.

  11. Where all these ppl at that talk abt how the Nfl did great by these players & made them millionaires but yet set them up to not have health insurance when they need it. They full of it

  12. He says affirmative action benefits white female over Black people… LOL… This is why he is a sports writer.. Stick to Sports and stop embarrassing yourself Chris.

  13. I love the cowboys but this is Jerry Jones the good old boy rule interview a black but make sure you hire a white guy 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

  14. we’ll they struck down affirmative action because it goes against the civil rights act. if u want to get rid of legacy admission then pass a law. that’s y they didn’t strike down legacy admission because it doesn’t go against any law

  15. How do you try to force white people to hire however many black people you think they should? Why would i put on a white stranger over my family and friends to satisfy the public?

  16. One of the big problems is people, usually white people, who hear the word race automatically assume that people are saying its racism and race is the only thing that matters. They always take it to the extreme when most of the time people are saying race is a factor or an element of the issue. Thats why these convos get so heated. People hate being called racists or feeling white guilt so they assume anytime you bring up race that youre trying to say race is all that matters when a vast majority of the time no one is saying that.
