  1. I love driver reviews I just find it hard to take the prices seriously when you know a PXG 0211 is available for £199 with: an adjustable loft sleeve, range of fitting options and a warranty.

  2. I refuse to buy clubs in the year they’re released (with the exception of wedges) I will test them at demo days or go for fittings but I wait a season or two for them to be discounted before purchasing them especially with drivers and fairway woods. I currently play to play to 6.8 index and i have never felt the gains in technology have been significant enough to pay these ridiculous inflated prices right off the bat.

  3. Just fast forward to about 6 minutes left in the video when he actually stops rambling and gets to the point… then fast forward to about 4:20 left in the video when he talks about price. Do yourself that favor and avoid the pain.

  4. Andy, wouldn't mind hitting that one. Provided it comes left handed. But, I don't think it's sold in the USA.

  5. Enjoy all you r reviews. So this review about this driver peaks my interest because I'm a budget club buyer/user. I wish you would do a review of the Tour Edge High Launch line which I know your game is well above these club but would find your opinion valuable. Did see your late season review of the Exotic drivers. Thanks for any feedback.

  6. yet again andy a excellent video for us public to know the info that's out ther yes I whud try it at that price if a driver works then why not

  7. You should do a side by side with the PXG 0211 which is cheaper at £199 and has custom fit options and adjustability.

  8. Got The PXG 0211 for$127.00 US ,Deliverd. For Free ,Got rid Of my TM Sim 460 Max , hated it ! Love The PXG !!!!

  9. I use the Inesis 500 Irons and their Tour 900 Balls and they're both brilliant. Had I not changed my driver last year I'd 100% be considering the Inesis 900 Driver.
The direct to consumer model seems to be how things are going for golf equipment. Great quality products but cheaper because they're not losing sales commission to big golf shops and huge marketing budgets for sponsoring tour pros.

  10. The problem with these sorts of clubs and not being able to get properly fit or try before you buy, as opposed to buying a quality used club that you know more about, is the residual value. I can buy a used Ping for £200, take it to the range, play a few rounds, or if i'm lucky even a whole season, and if I decide i don't like it, and i'm pretty much guarenteed to get most of my money back selling it on. Not so with this Inisis, unless it becomes some sort of cult classic.
Also, RE Decathlon and Inisis, they need to improve their supply chain in the UK if they want to make a go of this, i live in a town with a Decathlon, within a 5 mile radius of this town there are about 6 golf course of varying standards, and yet when i go to the local Decathlon, the have almost no golf gear in stock, apart from a few gloves, a couple of boxes of balls, and other random bits. When i look at their online stock, almost everything is out of stock.

  11. Hi Andy… I think that you shop callawaygolfpreowned and wait for a driver sale which usually is 20-25% off and pick up a very good or like new rouge st max or epic speed for under $300 US. The inesis doesn't have an adjustable hosel which is crucial for fine tuning your launch and direction, not to mention the easy shaft change.

  12. Decent bit of kit….prob sell a few I reckon…or most people will buy a 2nd hand usual OEM driver I reckon for that money Andy

  13. Its very simple if everyone stopped buying for sometime they will soon drop the prices, its called Patience and not many have it now-a-days. The marketing BS gets some folk a bit too excited.

  14. Clubs have become so expensive in Canada, one of our largest retailers Golftown have installed locked display stands. Previously clubs were displayed vertically, head up. You pushed the grip backwards, and the club was released from the display. Now, a large plastic sheet has been added that prevents you from removing a club. Staff must unlock the sheet and slide it so the club can be removed.

  15. Decathlon is the worlds biggest sports retailer with a turnover of €14bn. I would hate to be up against them as a smaller brand. They have the budget and economies of scale to pretty much do anything they want. Most 'big brands' in most sports would kill for the resource Decathlon have for R&D which I believe is all done in house by their own design team. They produce products at a variety of price ranges I like the fact that they offer something for people of varying budgets and skill sets (in all sports). They 'almost' keep the others honest and show what things really cost to design and produce. The 500 series is probably all most average golfers need. As stated below – the Tour 900 ball is great and at £30 for 12 is superb value for money. I am sure the new forged irons will be great as well.

  16. I would feel a bit embarrassed standing on the 1st Tee having spent over £500+ on a Driver and not hitting it well or being able to do it justice. Great to see the cheaper, but not inferior, brands like Inesis, Wilson, etc getting great reviews and showing that there are some great bargains out there. However, golfers are notoriously snobby, hence the number of people that know there are better balls than the Pro V1/x out there but just aren't prepared to try them. Golf Sidekick has been pushing Inesis for years and I do think Decathlon should make their Golf Section a bit bigger in their stores because they are under selling these clubs.

  17. A brand that can be brilliant seems though like whether the UK , France or Spain they never have much stock

  18. Good vid as usual and he would’ve liked to have seen you continue this review with the 43 versus the 45 inch shaft options
