What a great venue. With the wind its at best harsh at worst punishing. I reckon it got the better of you today. 10 over around there, you got off light.
Tough, but always worth watching. Great course.
get the stealth back in ya hands
The course looks awesome and I sincerely hope that I get tickets to next years open
Greyfriars Bobby is what you should have called the headcover!
Sometimes Mr Finch just have to laugh about it as wasn't your day bet your playing group had good laugh at you mumbling to yourself after every shot đââïžâłïžđ€Źđ
Definitely name the dog Hamish
Has to be Hamish.
I know it was a challenging round for you score wise but it's great to watch you playing these courses and enjoying yourself where you can. We're all learning seeing you play, keep up the great work as always.
Burst out laughing whilst in the works canteen when you said "good nine putt" after the 6th hole, tremendous sarcasm! đ
Pete, are you no longer playing the Supermax Jumbo grips?
Entertaining to Watch and you are a good sport.
Youâre always entertaining Peter even when youâre not at your best. Thanks for the early preview of Royal Troon!
Head cover surely has to be Hamish? Think the 9 messed with your mind, steady up to that. Still one of the best YouTube golfers out there. Small margins at a premium course and the shots rank up
I absolutely love the passive-aggressive behavior. That is how all golfers good or bad feel most of the time when things go South. I had the great pleasure of playing "Royal" Troon in a gale with spitting rain. Played great on the front nine then, as you know, the back nine is almost always into the prevailing wind. Limped in 38-45 and exhibited the same passive-aggressive aggressive behavior as you. So much so that the group behind felt sorry for me and attempted to console me in the clubhouse.
I love the content. Get that power fade back with the driver and 60's are in sight!!
Who is Pete playing with?
Out of all of the Golf Youtubers Peter Finch is by far my favourite his videos are so entertaining and his swing is so effortless
Would love to play this course! Glad I saw you with the Good Good boys â€
The old course doesnât have a clubhouse Pete. The building which overlooks the 18th is of course the R&A members clubhouse.
Head cover name should be Archie, or Boaby…
I love this content… đ
We all have an âoffâ round. Tbh, Iâd be happy if my âoffâ round was just one damn hole. But, for me, one bad hole carries to the next and to the next and next thing I know I shoot 90. And thatâs just on a local public course. Props to you for playing some of the toughest courses in the world and still being so positive when youâve played a tough round. Looking forward to more videos. Keep âem coming!
A 5 over on the front 9 and you're considering leaving golf. You'd hate to see my scorecard!!
Just to walk around that course must be a pleasure, even if it wrecks your score…
Putting from off of the green and not breaking 80…have I…clicked on the wring channel?? đ€ Looks like that course beat you up good and proper Pete, hard lines.
if rick were playing he'd be 10over after 9 lol
The almost total lack of interaction with the rest of the 4-some felt so awkward! I'm sure it wasn't like that off-camera (I hope!).
all you need to think about is your worse day score is my good day score
24:40 đđ
Had Petey had a few lines of chop before the round? He was talking some absolute shybo.
Great course, had my 1st hole-in-one on the 5th in May. Absolutely buzzing!! Unbelievable.
Tam arte quam marte is âas much by skill as by strengthâ according to Professor Google.
Solid, smart, level par…..then a birdie, guaranteed follow-up bogie and a bad drive. Pretty sure I've watched this one before.
Why are you playing pardym now?
Great video great course would love to play it
"solid 9", Been there brother. I love these videos. It's real.
