Mets are a utter embarrassment I would be stunned if this team gets to 70 wins
Different people, different ways of expressing themselves. But, definitely more mature communication on Verlander’s behalf.
Disagree with the hosts. Ok Max had a great year in 2022…except against the Braves and Padres when we needed his $40million arm. He failed. He’s a whiner. Good riddance. Verlander is a class act. He said all the right things in his press conference. I’m sorry to see him go, but we got two excellent prospects at least. And I liked what Cohen said too.
Mets remind me of the nets
Boy, the METS are the most embarrazing team in the NL. First dumb, dumb BILLY EPPLER wastes almost 1/2 billion dollars. OF COURSE, THAT'S NO SKIN.OFF HIS BACK. THEN HE TURNS AROUND AND TEARS IT TO SHREDS. Then he has tbe gull to put ALONSO in the trading block, which is a slap on the face of ALONSO and a slap on the face of METS' fans. ALONSO, WHO, BY THE WAY, HAS BEEN THE MOST PROLIFIC POWER HITTER IN MLB HISTORY SINCE HE CAME UP. ALSO ALL THAT GARAGE THAT GARAGE SALE THAT EPPLER EXECUTED COST COHEN AROUND 207 MILLION DOLLARS. THIS BY A BLATANT LIAR THAT SAID IT WASN'T " REBUILDING NOR LIQUIDATING".I
