I immediately thought Ducks transfer was a good sign. The dude was all conference corner, and he wouldn't of seen the field at Penn State.
Could you imagine the wide receiver room with Parker Washington? Instead, he is going to be fighting for a roster spot. Wishing him luck and hope he makes it. But can't help but to think he would have been better off with the extra year.
