I coincidentally started doing this before I watched this video, and I must say it definitely works!
definitely works putting is my best part of my game and i do all these already, i usually visualize my putt rolling in too

Putting with feel is the only way. That’s why I use an old acushnet bullseye. Average 16.7 putts per 9

100% I throw an imaginary cup of water on the green, take five seconds to read it, take two practice swings, then go! Overthinking it never helps

The guys that end up playing in front of me need to see this video. You don’t need 30+ seconds setting up to putt!
I'm curious to see how this works for me. I do have to say that taking practice strokes does give your brain info on the weight of the putter thereby improving feel

Straddle the line between the ball and the hole. Feel any slope with your feet.
Hold 1 or more fingers to the side of the hole the ball will turn from. That's your target.
Go to your ball. Line up to your finger target, and putt.
This whole process takes 15 seconds tops.
That stroke is pure!
