  1. Nobody loves trying to convince other people they are athletes more than golfers. Let alone “freak” athletes

  2. Far from wrong. This guys opinion is solely based off his own experiences. You must not know a hockey player and how hard working we are. 4 years and I went from shooting 105 and now shooting high 70’s solely based off mimicking pros swings. Sure most people won’t be able to but the way he said this was very simple minded.

  3. I’m sorry but hockey is harder than golf. I learned how to play golf at a high level like many others in 4 years. Took me 25 years to be where I wanted to be in hockey and I’m much more skilled in hockey. This guys opinion is a joke.

  4. No idea why anyone cares what foley says…not sure I've seen any of his players get better, only worse.

  5. Trying to mimic someone else’s swing is absolutely the worst way to learn. We are unique individuals. Our bone dimensions, the way our mass is distributed on those bones, our athleticism, our eye to hand coordination, and our individual flexibility. We all have a unique swing, as unique to us as our own thumb print. if you turn the learning over to the subconscious, just like how you learned to walk, you will find your swing.

  6. Let's just make something clear. He didn't mention hockey in this clip. We understand you guys are skilled athletes too, maybe more so than golfers. Frankly, we don't care about hockey!
