Awesome, I've been working like a fiend this year of hip mobility – great drill. One side is tighter than the other 😮. Will keep you posted & hope people give this a try. Thanks Christina!
Solidify the motion then hit the ball…great exercise
Great lesson as usual…thanks Christina
Do you ever throw the ball?
I've seen drill where people throw old clubs.
Partners could throw back and forth?
Great drill . I am a little confused about where the Spaulding lettering should be on the down stroke. In your video the Spaulding sign is facing to your right and stays there until after impact. Is that right? Or where in my down swing to I rotate my wrists? If that made any sense.
👍👍👍👍👍out of 5 thumps up. I predict you will soon be number one on the internet.
I suspect you are no longer living and working in NH. If I am right this is NH loss. 🥲 Cheers 👍😊🥂❤️
