I’m a Raiders fan & I can’t help but notice, many things that you’re saying are more a priority at Saints camp this season, are things that became staples for Carr’s camps/preseason under Gruden & Bisaccia.
Joint practices, multiple ones if you can, very paced & structured “maximize your time” fieldwork, competition at every position, etc.
The ONLY major component the Saints have not adopted yet is, when the Raiders moved to LV, Gruden changed their start time to an ungodly early hour, so they could get treatment, have meetings & still be out on the practice field by 8am, so they wouldn’t have to practice during the hottest part of the day.
This had an unforeseen benefit, because over those 2 seasons, the Raiders had a winning Road record(8-4) when traveling East past the Mountain Time Zone, something the Raiders had always struggled with.
Of course, Josh McDaniels changed that last season, back to normal practice times during the season, because he’s a “genius” & the Raiders didn’t win a single game(0-5) traveling East past the Mountain time zone.🤦♂️
Also, when the Saints Joint practice with the Chargers, I wouldn’t be surprised if Carr talks to Khalil Mack and they make an agreement to each keep their sides of the ball “in check” so they can get real work in without the fighting nonsense.

WRs RBs and TEs all look upgraded. Gonna be fun to watch us march down th field and score when all things are clicking.
