Fresh footage explains why Jurgen Klopp blows his top at one fan during United win
Jurgen Klopp was apoplectic with rage during Liverpool’s 7-0 win over Manchester United; an emotional turnaround that will have surprised fans without the context of what occurred immediately after Bobby Firmino’s late goal at Anfield.
Footage shared from the ground at a new angle, however, has shed new light on the pitch-invading supporter who came close to injuring several members of the Reds squad with his antics.
Though we feel the supporter in question should be reprimanded severely for his actions at L4, it does appear that a slide tackle, once though intentional, was an accidental error as he slowed down to celebrate with the players close to the corner flag.
Stewards were quick on the scene and took him away but as he was being escorted off, Klopp was absolutely livid and looked ready to explode on the touchline.
He had to be held back by the linesman and the fan was fortunate that Klopp never got closer to him.
It was a special day for Liverpool, who are now just three points off the Champions League places after a recent resurgence.

Jurgen Klopp was left raging after a pitch-invading fan took out his Liverpool players in the goal celebrations against Manchester United.

Liverpool battered United 7-0 to inflict their worst defeat in 92 years, with Cody Gakpo, Darwin Nunez and Mo Salah all bagging braces and Roberto Firmino getting in on the act.

But the only slight blemish for Klopp was when a supporter overstepped the mark after Firmino found the net.The Brazilian striker, on as a substitute, supplied a smart finish past David de Gea and provided the perfect response to the news he will be leaving the club in the summer.

He was mobbed by his teammates as Anfield was sent into utter pandemonium yet again. One supporter got too excited and raced onto the pitch, inadvertently wiping out some of his heroes after slipping.

Both Andy Robertson and Curtis Jones were seen in discomfort while the Reds players were in a huddle.

Klopp reacted in a similar manner back in August when Liverpool were pushing for a late winner against Crystal Palace.

Luis Diaz equalised for the 10-man Reds but in the 94th minute, the supporter ruined an attack by sprinting onto the field of play in the 1-1 draw.
He was apprehended by security but it halted Liverpool’s momentum and Klopp screamed at the individual while the fourth official tried to calm him down.

Next up for Liverpool is a Saturday lunchtime trip to Bournemouth, before they have the difficult task of salvaging a Champions League round of 16 tie with Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Liverpool surrendered an early 2-0 lead to be humbled 5-2 at Anfield in the first leg.

Liverpool pitch invader: New angle shows why Jurgen Klopp was so angry

A clear angle of the Liverpool fan who ran onto the pitch during the 7-0 victory over Manchester United has emerged.

When Roberto Firmino made it 7-0 on Sunday during a quite incredible match at Anfield, one overly excited supporter ran onto the pitch to celebrate with the players. However, as he reached them, he slipped and injured both Andy Robertson and Curtis Jones.Fortunately, the two Liverpool players weren’t too hurt during the collision.

As the fan in question was dragged off, Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp was absolutely fuming. He was seen shouting at him in anger.
There is no excuse for this unacceptable and dangerous behaviour. The safety and security of players, colleagues and supporters is paramount.

“The club will now follow its formal sanctions process and has suspended the alleged offender’s account until the process is complete. If found guilty of the offence of entering the pitch without permission, the offender could face a criminal record and a lifetime ban from Anfield and all Premier League stadiums.

“These acts are dangerous, illegal and have severe consequences.”Now, clearer footage has emerged that shows the fan slipping and injuring the players.

It could have been extremely nastyIf you’ve made a manager whose side is 7-0 up against their biggest rivals angry, you know you’ve done something seriously wrong.

That fan in question is now likely to be banned for life and won’t get to watch Liverpool attempt to finish in the Premier League’s top four following their incredible victory over United.

  1. That ‘fan’ is lucky

He could have dissapeared into Klopps jacket, like Shaqiri did

  2. For a coach who had many upsets arising from a series of injuries to his players, the risk of having several players injured by a fan at the same time had him really go beserk.

  3. Ban him for life. People saying it was an accident but he could of had anything in his hand and caused real injiury.
