220 yards needs a 90+ MPH iron club head speed. That’s virtually impossible to achieve for all but the most elite female athletes. You found a diamond in the rough there. With hard work, she has incredible potential. My daughter broke 80 mph at age 12 with driver, so I have a deep appreciation for how hard this is.
