  1. Blessing trained himself and it showed . He thinks he doesn't need a coach. Nick was right . He doesn't listen to anyone

  2. Justin needs about 15lbs more muscle to be competitive at the Olympia. More legs and back and he'd be a killer.

  3. Fouad never said that. He said IF he hasn't grown enough it will be HARD to win. He never said he couldn't win. Obviously he was big enough to win.

  4. Justin blew them away. Awesome side chest. At 240 he is going to be a handful for anyone. Give him two years.

  5. Patrick needs to retire. No point in pumping yourself full of gear if that’s the kind of shape you are bringing to the stage. Blessing is going to look great IF he can cut down

  6. 222bs? wow justin is taking all that gear and only 222 wtf….

  7. To be honest..aside from great conditioning, stanimal looks way out of place. The FDB is a classic example..undersized arms and undersized lats🤷

  8. Justin is good but he’s gonna be to small for the Olympia he’s gonna be 3-4th callout. If he’s a me yo but on more size and peak a bit better I can see him doing well at the Olympia but that back needs a lot of improving to be competitive with the best.

  9. I really think Patrick has bots commenting on his IG. He blocks comments under his posts, but all his comments are like his is the next Mr.O. Even after shows like this

  10. I disagree on the bavk double BICEPS. Ivan, I do appreciate you commentary, but you can't exclude the arms from the assessment. And Stan's arms are weak.

Jon was in good condition, he should have showed the glutes more, because you can see some striations there. He also had the better shame, balance overall, and great legs development (in comparison with this line up).

  11. Blessing needs an off-season to just focus on legs man. Imagine if he had Matt or Hany he would be a problem.

  12. Agree, really tought 1 year offseason would have him improve more then that. That back needs woork
The photos leading up he looked mindblowing tho

  13. Let's keep it real tho. Even making it to the Olympia stage is a huge accomplishment that most will never see. Congratulations Justin
