    1. You can also use a small beach ball and squeeze with your inner thighs… Someone else used this method… His name was Jack Nicklaus
    2. Swaying is done by some because bad pros talk and teach too much on weight transfer… Amateurs are just better off not shifting weight deliberately… 90% of the power comes from rotation and proper wrist usage anyways… Proper weight shift only adds the final 5-10% at the very end once the solid swing is mastered
