When he's not being burned for long yardage or a touchdown off the line by the receiver he is supposedly COVERING on the other side of the chalkline.
He's being burned for a touch down after being caught looking into the backfield.
The Rams finally got tired of Ramsey being all talk and no coverage/shutdown.
So much so, they sent him packing to Miami this off-season.
