If this deal doesn’t happen the PGAT will be hurting badly and in a weaker position than they’ve ever been in.
I just want to know if Rich is purposely misleading his audience, or if he’s just so biased that he truly believes this BS.
If I played in LIV, why would I want to go back? It just doesn’t make sense.
U are😂😂😂
I like Rich, but he doesn't know a damned thing about golf. Saudi PIF not interested in continuing their own LIV, when PGA Tour and all the contacts that come with sponsorship are available.
Hope it does not happen. LIV will thrive. Corrupt pgat pals of Eisen will continue to cry their soy tears when sponsors keep leaving. But Corrupt, establishment Peacock and NFL will allow Eisen to live the LA p3do lifestyle.
Its funny but this is the exact problem with golf. There is no single global federation that governs the sport, ala FIFA, IOC, etc (all with flaws, I know). I imagine that this agreement is the first step towards a International Golf Federation (lets just call it IGF for now). The absence of this has made the PGAT the defacto global leader by the fact that it is the strongest competition with the best players, but the reality is that a lot non-american players don't love having to live in America. A truly gobal series that maybe had 8 events in the US, 4 in Europe and then 4 in Aus/Asia/Africa/MidEast, at that "elevated" level (plus the majors of course) i think would be great. The only true success that LIV has had was the event in Australia and thats just because we are so starved for quality golf down here. If the senate rejects this, I think that PIF and EuroTour will proceed and create an elevated schedule of their own, and it will be American Tour vs World Tour.
Rich eisen is like a lot of pga die hards with their heads in the sand. THE PIF PAID BILLIONS TO ENTICE PLAYERS AWAY FROM THE PGA!!! They buy the pga and you expect the defectors to be punished?!
That is like the nba suspending Rick Barry for going to the aba after the merger. Stop it.
If the PIF bought the pga. Then they no doubt bought several senators to ensure this deal happens.
Low IQ Rich with another hot take! Wow!!!!
If the merger happens then LIV lives….if merger doesn’t then PGA falls apart
Dreaming to say least, LIV is not going anywhere the Saudi are not shrinking golf back to an American product for middle aged white men…….
If LIV gets squashed, those players will form their own league. The days of PGA monopoly are over. Rich, you have too high an opinion of the power of the US Congress. They are worthless.
You realize If it doesn’t pass. LIV continues to be funded and starts to poach even more. PGA needs this to pass or they are dead in the water
Doesn't Congress have bigger fish to fry than worrying about millionaire golfers.
LIV isn't going anywhere Rich learn business first and stop wanting it to go away because you're answer of LIV going away is because of your feelings not you're brain. Thanks
And…. the PGA will die from here!!!
Rich is basically CNN… LIV is Donald Trump. He gives them sooooo much free publicity because it generates ratings. Now we have Saudis buying golf. Of course, Rich stans will find ways to say I'm wrong… But Im not
Dillusional 😂
I love how these people think the PGA is in charge, lol the PIF is literally their lifeline. 😂
Refuse to watch LIV/PGA terroist golf. Instead going back to NASCAR in Chi-town this weekend was epic w/ classic architectural street lamps, skyscrapers. F1 is jealous I bet. 120 mph through an incredible skyline & second chances, just a great race, imo. Anyone want to start a new golf association?
LIV is going to be bigger than the PGA ever was just heard the first sixty seconds of your show you make an ignorant comment about LIV not surviving I did a thumbs down paused you making this comment about 🦖 people with thoughts like yours no reason to listen to more stupid comments 👎😝
Norman's not a Shark, he's a dick.
LIV isnt going anywhere
LIV does not want to go back!
Another shill. Monahan is done. Liv takeover loading….
Sure it will, they need the Saudi money…..
U guys aren't even close if u think sadis are let live go good luck they have the money
The PGA tour players were double-crossed by the commish. The heck with LIV, let all those players who bailed eat crow.
Way off the mark, Yassar not ending LIV and new board, run by Yassar not ending LIV. You keep saying LIV players going back to the pga tour, you have it backwards
Wrong, the merger/union will happen. There's no way they can not progress.
you can stop kicking now. I'm pretty sure the horse is dead.
You guys are diluted… 😅… I’m watching the London LIV event and it’s not going anywhere soon .. huge crowds I’m a Aussie golf fan and I’m loving this new format of the traditional stuffy PGA ..
LIV is going to be the premier tour, especially if the merger fails. You guys are dead wrong.
People love hearing the PGA is still running everything, but yet they don't have the money to compete in anyway
Nostradamus.
What a moron…for the 100th time, the PGA is NOT merging with LIV. …and LIV will be killed off at the end of 2024. This will allow contracts to be fulfilled and the Saudis to 'save face'. Mr. Monahan has done NOTHING wrong…and Jimmy Dunne outlined the facts in his podcast about three weeks ago. Anyone doubting the PGA's intentions should be ashamed of themselves.
