  1. Can you imagine the majors playing music throughout the 4 days, totally put the players off…..

  2. Spot on – LIV is dead as a Dodo and I think the DP tour was about to go down the pan so they had no choice but to merge.
Avarice (greed) will be the end of mankind. Don't remember who said that but it seems to be happening more these days.
Rugby clubs going bust as well. All about too much money.

  3. You are absolutely right, golf is bloody boring to watch most of the time, the week to week PGA stuff is dull as dishwater, the European tour is even worse, and LIV couldn’t even pay people to watch their product on TV. What a farce. It’s awful that they’ve partnered with the beheaders, but our government happily sells them arms, so what’s a bit of golf in the scheme of things?

  4. Dustman Jonson reckons LIV is the way forward. He says, " What other Tour allows yo to turn up, Smashed out your head, get your brother to read your putts ( I can't cos my eyes are like saucers), finish 14th, & walk off with 4.5 million?".

  5. LIV had a limited shelf life without a reliable feeder system such as the Korn Ferry Tour to produce younger replacement players. After a while, there's a diminishing return to watching older players such as Phil and Bubba Watson who are past their prime. I will say that I like the LIV's shotgun start because every player is playing under the same weather and course conditions, and the telecast is condensed.

  6. All this outrage over a bunch of rich people who have conspired to make themselves even richer. Meanwhile, most of you lot can't even afford groceries and gasoline for your cars but you're all huffing and puffing about millionaires and billionaires playing one of the most insufferably boring sports known to mankind.

  7. I watch the last two hours of moving day and the final round of the majors. The rest just sends me to sleep…

  8. Topless women in a golf shop…. that is definitely the golf shop I'm going in 😂😂😂

Both sides have too much dirty laundry they didn't want coming out in the courts. This protects them all and let's them all earn a fortune for the rest of time!

  9. It's 100 billion between PGA and DP world tour another limitless buy ownership Saudi wealth fund bottomless what's the problem ?? Where does this all end up control and market share. Sad times.

  10. Liv was like a 50 year old uncle, who thinks hes still got it and down with kids, being charged with making golf "cool"

Was the biggest crock of #@$^$ I've seen in a long time.

I gave it a couple of years at the start, would NEVER be a commercial stand alone proposition as long as poulter had frost on his tips.

  11. Golf at its wokest, no winners, no losers, just give me the money. Pointless, still probably suit todays generation.

  12. Have not watched any LIV but only watch PGA on Friday night for the "cut" and the last nine on Sunday, and only then if there is a few in the mix or the last 3 holes provide birdie chances to liven it up. Canadian last night with Fleetwood and Taylor was brilliant

  13. I’m not surprised this happened. They partner with beardy moon face they now partner with PGA. Money talks and bull$hit walks.

  14. The most hilarious takes….your butt must be on fire….still thinks LIV is going to fold. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

  15. I looked at the LIV roster recently. Apart from about 4 current good players they basically have a load of no hopers and has beens. And a whole bunch of names I've never heard of. They realised that they were not going to get the top players except that few who snatched the money.
It kind of made sense for them to make an offer that the PGA Tour couldn't refuse. But the PGA Tour should realise that the tour was created by the Players in the 60's and the Players should have a vote on the merger. The executive serves the players not the players serving the executive.
