  1. The rear hip socket is where the resistance and sudden release of energy comes from

  2. The hip coiling is where the resistance is and the hands snapping and your body tilting is what releases it

  3. The plastic is your back leg and spine coiled up the release happens when u I gauge the high level bat swing

  4. There is no plastic. We use bats. Are you going to actually demonstrate something useful or just continue to hand wave forever?

  5. The finger is the snapping back of the hands. The pressure is the back leg

  6. Your finger represents the static energy built up from coiling up on the axis of your rear leg?

  7. No everyone else doesn’t teach that rich. You’re a clown dude. Now you’re really pressing it…rich you’re not the only one. Joke

  8. It’s the same physics principle pitchers use to throw 100mph, there’s on opposing force generated by their lower body

  9. Plastic is Hip coil/resistance & hip tilt & roll & the finger tip is the bat tilt/snap from wrists that releases that coiled leg/hip energy & you WONT be able to STOP it from snapping you open! In fact so fast that you have to be careful or the torque will spin you completely around. If done right you can’t stop the launch once released!👍😁

  10. And I ask you 1 question… How many batting champions in the last 100 years have used this swing? Maybe 3 just sayin

  11. I guess he wasn’t around to tell Ted Williams, Babe Ruth, Jimmy Fox, Hank Aaron, Willie Mays and countless others that you couldn’t build momentum and drive toward contact, you have to snap it
