  2. There’s a reason the bottoms of your feet are so sensitive and we wear shoes I get it if u wanna feel in tune with nature or whatever but just wear barefoot shoes there’s shit all over the place that u can’t even see that if u step on could make u very sick or at least hurt you

  3. It really does feel good asf running bare foot for warmups and cooldowns in for soccer it was my favorite part just getting my feet opened up before cramming them in😂

  4. I’ve been privileged to be a part of the barefoot community for 2 years now. I’ve tried a variety of minimalist footwear and my favorite are Jikatabis. I would encourage you try them for yourself, you may never go back.

I've been walking barefoot any chance I've got since I was 2 so sprinting on the ground actually doesn't hurt too bad and at that I'm still not legally aloud to drink so if u do it from a young age it conditions your body to have a high pain and absortion rate on ur feet basically ur skin gets a bit thicker
